Madrid

This month I was fortunate enough to have a lovely weekend away in Madrid with some very special ladies.

The weather was gorgeous, food amazing and wine delicious.

We stayed in a lovely hotel Catalonia Puerta del Sol (www.hoteles-catalonia.com), which was in the centre of historic Madrid. It meant a variety of good restaurants, shops and tourist attractions were walking distance and we didn't need to rely on taxis. I would thoroughly recommend it.
